And now, for something non-Who… You know, as much as I like modernist, minimalistic architecture, this looks like the perfect place for the next Buffalo Bill to keep his skin-suit providers tied up in. Though with all that wood he’d have to use something else besides a hose to discipline his recalcitrant captives when they won’t put the lotion on their skin…

But seriously, it looks like an attic prison. I mean, I don’t care how many skylights it has, human beings need fucking windows to look out of. We evolved to need to see across the landscape (this is, by the way, probably why the scene of the view of the tenement alley outside the cheap apartment window is used in literature and movies to evoke a sense of poverty and depression). And a ladder. Are you fucking kidding me?

On the other hand, if you were trying to build a perfect prototype for homes in the New Fascist Age to come, this would do. I mean, instead of having to build expensive prisons to house dissidents in, they could just turn your (assigned, of course) apartment into a prison cell by removing the ladder.
